‘How do I get my protein?’ says most non vegans . By eating these little protein filled balls of deliciousness. I mean technically our bodies aren’t starving for protein so don’t believe all the hype. However, if you just want to eat really good, healthy snacks sometimes, these little nuggets are the way to do it. Plus if you do happen to be counting the protein, I’d say each one of these have about 4 or so grams each. Now, I know you’re gonna wanna eat like 10 of these but don’t go crazy. They do have fat, albeit healthy fat. Ok maybe there’s a little sugar from the powder but seriously don’t judge my decisions. These are easy and cheap
to make! Ok so let’s go over this again:

Are you making these right now?? No? Honestly, do I have start coming into your homes and making you 💣vegan food?! Because I will-don’t test me🌱
Recipe:
1/2 cup almonds unsalted
1/2-1 cup oatmeal
1/4 dried cranberries
1 tbsp chia, flax and hemp mix(this is a #badia brand)
1/4 peanut butter powder w/cocoa
4-5 dates
1/2-1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut unsweetened
Basically I threw everything in a good processor except the coconut. Then I put it all in a bowl and added the coconut and more peanut butter because I started with less. Adding to about a cup made it easier to form the balls. Then I put them in the fridge to keep fresh🌱
