Stuffed and Fried Mashed Potatoes

Here’s some amazing pillows of potatoes that you can snack on, but at the same time gently lay your head on and sleep like a baby🌱

I love stuffing and frying things.

Do you love twice baked potatoes as much as I do? These are like those except without the skin and without the baked potato, because you use mashed potatoes. But everything else is the same, so technically, these are twice pan fried mashed potatoes!


Recipe: Put a bag of chicken tenders into a preheated 450 degree oven. Take 3 med.potatoes. Peel, slice, boil, and mash. Cook about 7 slices of your favorite bacon. I like lightlife. Grate 1 cup your favorite cheese.(followyourheart). Mix both into the mashed potatoes. Pull out the chicken when done and cut them in half. Grab a handful of potato and flatten out in your hand, put a piece of chicken inside and cover the potato over making a patty. Place on cookie sheet on parchment or silicone mat. I made 9. Then freeze 20-30 min. Next make a dredge. I used soy milk and panko crumbs. Heat up a little oil. Dredge the patties, milk, then crumb or flour. Fry on both sides until brown. Serve with sour cream, chives, and a little hot sauce🌱 .
